Community Guidelines

How we keep educational sessions respectful for families.

Last updated: 2026-10-13

Our promise

Sessions exist so children can learn and parents can see progress. These guidelines apply to names, chat in sessions, and messages to our team.

Be decent

  • Speak to learners and other families with respect
  • No harassment, hate, or humiliation — including between siblings in a shared room
  • Parents set the tone; we will support that tone

Keep children safe

  • Do not share personal addresses, phone numbers, or school details in a session
  • Do not attempt to contact another family’s child
  • Report anything that worries you to support@skilmore.com

Use the product as intended

Learner profiles are for the children in your care. Do not use homeschooling sessions as a public trivia room for adults — that is what ChaTrivia is for.

When rules are broken

We may warn, restrict, or close accounts. Serious harm to children is reported to the appropriate authorities.

Thank you

These guidelines exist so a live educational hour stays a place families can trust.
